Safety
The ultimate concern on all Built Consulting projects is the delivery of a safe project with a zero harm policy.
Having the experience of exposure on Federal Government PPP(private, public partnership) projects means that a safety management system is incorporated within the daily operations of all project sites.
Construction methodologies form the basis of any successful project especially within very tight constraints. The general public must be cared for and considered within delivery and site operations within very public spaces and shopping centres.
What this means is that all contractors have very clear and concise occupational health and safety standards to adhere to prior to commencing any works on our projects. These standards incorporate OHS Act 2004 and Regulations 2007.
Apart from these high standards full administrative documentation is provided to us and signed by the directors of each sub contractor to ensure these standards are carried out under the terms of the contract.
